About Positively Devious
Positively Devious turns a six-step leadership map into practical pages you can use, print or pass on.
What this site is
The Climb is an author-created framework. It names six positions, from watching at home to making decisions, and gives you a practical page for each move. The pages draw on research, official guidance and organising practice. Sources sit on the page they support.
This first version is a static information site. It is free to read and does not ask you to make an account.
What this site is not
Positively Devious is not a youth service, training provider, helpline or referral service. Reading a page does not prove that someone has developed a skill or moved up the Climb. The real work happens with people, in a real group, under that group's rules and duty of care.
How the pages are made
- Positively Devious is the named author and editorial owner.
- Research findings, practitioner craft and our own definitions are kept distinct.
- Sources are linked by name, and fast-moving claims carry review dates.
- External resources are linked and credited. They belong to their makers.
- Pages are built as static files, with no advertising, analytics or third-party embeds.
What comes next
Human testing with young readers, screen-reader users and physical devices is still required before the design can be described as fully tested. Those checks must be recorded honestly; an automated score is not a substitute.
